A 1v1 basketball league and media company founded by Scotty Weaver and D'Vonte Friga, whose stated ambition is to build “the UFC of one-on-one basketball”. It runs pay-per-view cards on TNCLeague.com and posts the rest to YouTube. Its 2026 Summit events are staged at Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Its own tagline: Basketball Reimagined Through Creativity & Innovation.
TNCLeague.comPer Entrepreneur, TNC's founders were making five-on-five park content and could not pay everyone, so they began running one-on-ones after each park run and paying by video performance. Moon was the player they featured. He went undefeated until Nasir Core beat him — a result so good it convinced them to sign Core too, “laying the groundwork for what would eventually become The Next Chapter.” That loss is logged: 24 January 2023, 3–12.

The 30–18 win over Kamsosmoove is excluded from this count because 1v1 Hoops leaves its promoter field blank, even though TNC's own titles place it at TNC 03.
He is not a one-promoter player. The same database logs him against Ballislife, Junes League, Uncle Skoob, Off The Dribble, GOL1VE, IsoHoopsUK, UDFN, More Than A Run, Mike Check Media, CBV Highlights, OfficialPure1ones and The Blueprint League — plus games hosted on his own channel. One of them, a 101–93 win over Noah Farrakhan in May 2026, is the longest game on his sheet by a distance.
Where to watchTwo, and only two, are public — both printed on The Next Chapter's own video title cards. $25,000 against Kamsosmoove at TNC 03, which he won 30–18. $5,000 against Keyon Menifield at Summit Vol. 1, which he lost 23–31. TNC's founding model, in Scotty Weaver's words, is that “your ability to earn is directly tied to your performance in the video”. That is a model, not a number. No contract, appearance fee, pay-per-view share or career total has ever been published, and no purse is published for the other 50 games.
ContactReported once, in Entrepreneur on 12 June 2025, by TNC co-founder D'Vonte Friga: NBA 2K “flew him out to capture his crossover move, even though he's not an NBA player”. It is the clearest sign of how far outside 1v1 his name travels. No 2K credit, courtside report or press release naming Moon or Javon Brazile could be found, and no title, year, animation name or studio has ever been specified. Nothing further is claimed, and no 2K branding is used on this site.
